Ms. Shazia Marri, Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety & Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme and Syed Qassim Naveed, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Investment Department & Public Private Partnership Projects graced the event as Chief Guest & event featured a panel discussion with leading women entrepreneurs: Misbah Naqvi, Early-Stage Investor, Co-Founder & General Partner at i2i Ventures, Kauffman Fellow; Nadia Patel Gangjee, Founder Sheops, Founder & CEO Femprow; Saeeda Mandviwalla CEO & Art Director, Toni&Guy and CEO, Spa Ceylon; and Tara Uzra Dawood, CEO, LADIESFUND™, Board Member, Pakistan State Oil and Dawood Family Takaful Limited. 1. Application for registration under the Partnership Registration Act, 1932 2. Prescribed application on Form ‘A’ 3. Photocopies of CNICs of all the partners & two witnesses 4. Photocopies of partnership deed 5. Paid challan 6. Detail may be filled and uploaded on the website (business.sindh.gov.pk)

After making a login ID on (business.sindh.gov.pk) and data filling and uploading the required document, the challan will generate and can be paid in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

After fulfilling all required documents, the certificate will be issued within seven (7) days.

The certificate can be verified by scanning the QR code on the given certificate and can also be verified through a written application to the registrar of firms.

No, there is no renewal of partnership firm under the law. Hence, the question of renewal does not arise.

After the issuance of the registration certificate, the NTN is generated by FBR.
